Quality at SAI
At Sandhu Agro Industries (SAI), we are dedicated to achieving customer satisfaction by delivering cost-effective, high-quality products. Quality is a core value for us, and we continuously strive to enhance the effectiveness of our established quality management system. Our commitment to quality is reflected in our ongoing efforts to improve our human resources, upgrade machinery, adopt advanced technologies, and refine processes, ensuring continual improvement across all aspects of our operations.

Our Motive
At Sandhu Agro Industries (SAI), our focus is on quality over quantity. We believe in “Raising Standards for Engineering Services,” ensuring that every product and service meets the highest standards of excellence.

Quality Control & Quality Assurance
At SAI, we are fully equipped with a comprehensive range of tools and machinery to execute projects of any scale. Our inventory can be expanded to meet specific requirements, ensuring flexibility and efficiency in operations. All tools and machinery undergo regular fitness and load testing to maintain optimal performance and safety standards. Additionally, our inspection tools are routinely calibrated, with meticulous records maintained to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Quality Control (Q.C.): This involves the operational techniques and activities used to ensure that the quality of inputs or outputs meets specified standards. It helps fulfill and verify the quality requirements consistently.
Quality Assurance (Q.A.): These are the actions, procedures, and methods implemented at the management and senior technical levels to ensure that quality procedures are in place, adhered to, and result in a high-quality product.

Our Approach
To ensure a robust quality plan, we adhere to the principles of the 5M and 5S methodologies, fostering a comprehensive, efficient, and healthy work environment.
The 5M:
Money: Efficient financial management.
Men: Skilled and dedicated workforce.
Material: High-quality raw materials.
Machine: Advanced and well-maintained machinery.
Market: Understanding and meeting market demands.
The 5S:
Sorting (Seiri): Organising and removing unnecessary items.
Straightening (Seiton): Arranging essential items for easy access.
Shining (Seiso): Keeping the workplace clean and tidy.
Standardising (Seiketsu): Establishing consistent procedures.
Sustaining (Shitsuke): Maintaining discipline and continuous improvement.
The WHY Factor
This is a fleThe “WHY” factor emphasises the importance of thorough on-the-spot verification for each “WHY” question before proceeding to the next. This practice helps prevent errors and ensures that the root causes are accurately identified and addressed.
The foundation of Total Quality Management (TQM) is to minimise errors in the manufacturing or service processes, enhance customer satisfaction, streamline supply chain management, modernise equipment, and ensure that workers receive the highest level of training. TQM is often linked to the development and maintenance of organisational systems essential for various business processes, commonly referred to as the Plan-Do-Check-Act (P.D.C.A.) cycle.

The PDCA cycle is a continuous improvement process consisting of four key steps: Plan, Do, Check, and Act. This method ensures that processes are thoroughly evaluated and improved over time.
PLAN:
Establish the objectives and processes needed to achieve the desired results. This step focuses on setting clear goals and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the specifications as part of the improvement process.
DO:
Implement the new processes, often starting on a small scale to manage risks and observe outcomes effectively.
CHECK:
Measure the outcomes of the new processes and compare them with the expected results to identify any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
ACT:
Analyse the differences to determine their root causes. Each finding will relate to one or more steps in the PDCA cycle. Apply changes based on this analysis to achieve continuous improvement. If the cycle does not reveal any areas needing improvement, refine the scope of application until an area for enhancement is identified.
